| This piece here, I was commisioned to create. It is a large( 4 feet across, 3 feet tall and 4 inches deep ) copper light box that hangs on a wall. It has colored glass installed in the cut-outs(as you can see in the big pic) with various back lighting from inside. I heated and used acids with a quick cooling method to color the face and sides. It is awsome to see up close. It is now currently displayed in a private collection...and is by far,my largest copper art piece to date. Thank you, Debra, for believing in me, too. |
