| I fabricated all the hand railing, as well as the construction of the structual iron around the WNJ complex off and on for ten years or better. I have also installed and welded most of the interior window units and door frames on all the floors of the hospital during the construction of those projects. FYI, the flagpoles over on the WNJ's main entry area, over on the West side, is dedicated to my Grandfather, the late Emmett Mitchell. |

| 7 1/2 foot tall and over 340 feet long, this project took 4 months in the shop to fabricate and 1 month to install. The fence was just a small portion of all the work I did here. |
| In 2003, I was again back at the Joint Reserve Base. This time, it's was building and installing security grating in storm drain colverts, to help prevent any future terrorist gaining any access on post to commit bombing attacks. |
